Just finished the first 6 episodes of Modern Family. I love it love it love it! Not only this show is funny, it also delivers a social anthropology study case people need to be aware of. It shows us that in reality, there are other kind of family besides the traditional family, which may not be common or normal. Your grandpa may be divorced and remarried with a younger widow, with a son, from different race. Your uncle may be gay, has a gay spouse, and decided to adopt a daughter from a developing country. It’s different from the normal family you see in everyday life, but there’s nothing wrong to be different, right? As long as there is tolerance and love and compassion for others. All we need is love.
